Nobu Lanai - LANAI CITY

The food was simply delicious. Everything we had for dinner was excellent, with each piece of fish perfectly cooked. However, the standout dish was the signature black cod. It was so good that I didn't even need to order dessert.

I give this restaurant five stars for its incredible aromas, excellent service, and charming ambiance. However, I have to deduct points for the small portion sizes and high prices. It seems they would have more repeat customers if they offered more food for the cost. I wouldn't be surprised if a meal for two cost hundreds of dollars. It's a shame because the small snacks they do offer are very delicious. Be sure to make reservations as they are only open for dinner, and be prepared to spend a lot of money.

The server did a great job explaining the menu to us newcomers. The food was delicious and some of the best we've ever had.

The omakase was a great experience. everything was delicious. the service was excellent. cocktails were wonderful. highly recommended!

The food was good. Unfortunately, when the restaurant calculates high prices, they put a very high bar on eating. one that nobu could not reach. So, eating was good, but at $110 per person, they expect that eating would be great. I'm sure it wasn't. the value that is, food quality for the price was not there. if they are ready to spend a lot of money for a restaurant more than $200 for 2 people, they can do better than nobu.
