The weirdest food I ever had. I mentioned cranberry sauce and a rabbit on the server as part of my takeout order. She calculated an additional $3 on the price of meal, but took it out of the bill when I pointed out that it was mentioned on the menu that both were included. I asked about Gravy (also listed as included). Some were served on the frits, but none was added to the turkey. The part of the turkey appeared not existent. I took a fork and dug under the frits and found a very small very dry and stringy piece turkey. I asked the waitress who looked at it and commented that they would probably run out of turkey as if this explanation had it all right to give me half a portion. She offered more pommes and I said, okay, I probably would have sent back the meal, but I would have paid for it. I asked if she could check the turkey with the cook. She came a few minutes later with a large collection container. I said thank you and let it assume that it contained more turkeys and some fries. It didn't. It was a huge portion of simple pommes. I took everything home and tried to eat it. The fries were fine, but the turkey was overdue and practically unusable. The frozen vegetables seemed to be frozen, but not to be heated, so that every cold bite gave a quench of cold water. Basically, I paid $15 for a dinner of French fries. The exchange in the restaurant was unpleasant and embarrassing. I'm so disappointed that this local restaurant is so terrible, I had decent food there in the past, so I hope further. But after this experience, I don't know I could bring myself back. The service was not unfriendly, it was nice of them to offer the extra frits, but I would look forward to turkey dinner, not a huge help from frits.

Great family restaurant. Owners are good people on earth who walk a beautiful little place.
