Auntie Anne's - Lancaster

I ordered some pretzel nuggets, but they were as hard as a rock—almost inedible. It was around 3:00 PM, and perhaps they had made too many because the mall was quite empty. I would prefer to wait for fresh pretzels rather than settle for something that's old and stale. I recommend asking how long the pretzels have been sitting before placing your order. Choose wisely!

I come to Park City Mall often. I have attempted to get pretzels at this location over a dozen times and no matter if it is busy or slow, they never have any pretzels ready. Four to five employees yet somehow the only pretzels available are always cups of cinnamon sugar minis. Management needs a wake up call because Philly Pretzels has never made me wait 15-20 minutes for any pretzels.

Aunt Anne's (mid court) doesn't seem to pay attention to simple requests. I had a conversation with an employee who seemed overly familiar and gave my wife a napkin to wipe off excess soda, as if it was beneath him to help. With all the negative feedback they’ve been receiving, management really needs to take action before they lose their remaining customers.

I ordered a bucket of crushed bits and noticed that four employees were on duty, yet none seemed to know what was happening. The cashier had two-inch-long fingernails and was openly eating and drinking while at work, which I found concerning. It’s essential for food service employees to maintain proper hygiene, and having fake nails in the kitchen is not acceptable. Eating, wiping your mouth, and then handling food without washing your hands is not suitable for a customer-focused environment. Management needs to address these issues. On a positive note, the pulpits were amazing as always!

I couldn't have had stars. Waiting for service like all 3 employees looked like they didn't want to work. Two went back to hide from work when the other was busy. FYI if you want to work at the clock, if you don't like your job, there are many other places to rent.
