Sonic Drive-in - Lancaster

My kids visited the restaurant and ordered four meals, but they were met with outright disrespect. They only received two orders of fries instead of the four they ordered. When they brought the receipt back to address the issue, the employee refused to look at it and insisted that no meals had been ordered, despite what the receipt clearly indicated. The service was incredibly disrespectful, and this has left a bad impression. This is the second time we've faced poor service here. The last time, there was a customer who struggled with the menu, and the employee was rude, repeatedly saying "it's right there" in a condescending tone, which caused that customer to walk away. We will definitely not be returning and will be sharing our experience with others. It's truly disgraceful.

The food was excellent. My Coke was a bit flat, but things like that can happen. The cashier didn’t inform me that I would need my order number, so I had to rummage through my pockets to find it. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the ranch sauce, cheese, and bacon on the fries. I don’t believe I’ve ever had a truly negative experience here. When I mentioned that my soda tasted off, they promptly replaced it and offered me something else. It was a little busy, but that’s to be expected on the weekend.

Delicious steak sandwiches prepared fresh while you wait, right before your eyes. The prices are reasonable for a food court setting, and the friendly staff uses fresh ingredients to quickly deliver a high-quality meal.

They are supposedly open till 7. This is a lie. As soon as it turns 6:30-6:45 they just stop taking orders, even if there is no line. The laziest and rudest employees. The one in camp hill is manages by the owner and it is the BEST customer serviceexperience. If you want a constantly bad experience every time? this place makes McDonald?s service feel like Chick-fil-A.Doesn?t get worse than here.

This is a great place to eat I go there often all the guys in there were so nice the food was good and hot when I received it I'll definitely be back. And the place was so clean.
