Chili's Grill Bar Lancaster

Really impressed with tonight's meal. All the staff was friendly, and really on point My meal was fantastic. I got the sirloin 10 oz on the 2 for $25 and it was so good. I didn't expect much being that it was a sirloin (medium) but man whoever is back there did amazing tonight. No steak sauce but honestly it was still so good. The food took a bit but they managed to get our appetizer and my sons kid meal out fast. (I really appreciate that) Also they were out of steak sauce and lemonade and strawberry purée. Still a great experience

The service is the worst I 've ever experienced at a chilis. Never had a true server so the explanation was everyone works as a team so that translate to slow to get drinks and food ordered and always flagging people down for refills. We were theforgotten table To top it off the table kiosk malfunction when I paid using tap payment and gave the highest tip amount you canselect automatically the server and manager wouldn 't void the transaction so I could resubmit my payment.

My husband and I traveled from Tehachapi Ca for dinner and we were greeted with a smile. We were seated and Nicholas our server asked for our drink order. Let me say Nicholas is awesome. He was on top of everything. Our food was great and honestly it wasawesome to have such great customer service. More servers should be like him. We were happy with entire visit. The environment was nice the food was good it was a celebration for a birthday party a big crowd they did handle it rather well I was impressed with that. Even when my food came I have certain allergies towards food and he noticed it before he give it tome and he took it back now that service. That's only reason they're getting a four-star because the chefs made a mistakeotherwise I recommend it to family and friends it's a wonderful place to have a meal

Salad was wilted ...and i mean the whole thing... the guac was hardly flavored...mac n cheese was dry... chips were either soggy af or just plain wet with oil... the water glass was dirty at the bottom... nasty place... never again the waitress bugs...atour table every 5 min... tempted .... her... how is everything do u need anything.... me yeah...10 min without seeing yourface... i mean really... we come to have good food and relax... we got bad food...bugging service and very upset... only nicething here was the decor
