Ginmiya - Lancaster

The food here is consistently excellent. The Lo Mein is not greasy like at many other local Chinese or Asian restaurants. Additionally, the Shrimp Tempura Roll, Sunrise Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll were all delicious and fresh.

The Fried Cheese Crab Meat Wontons were doughy in the middle, as if they hadn't been fried long enough. The Sesame Chicken was rather bland as well. On the other hand, the sushi was good for the price.

Always and forever my FAVORITE SUSHI PLACE IN LANCASTER! This hidden gem has the best prices in lancaster , great customer service (they know who I am by my repeated custom roll request) and consistently great, beautifully presented sushi. If you happen to have an off day dont dismiss them. (Although Ive never had anything but perfection here) Every place has an "off day" once in awhile ...and youll be losing our on your new favorite sushi restaurant if you take that as standard for this place. Personally , they have ALWAYS been great for me! And Ive been a fan now for several YEARS! I can go no where else for my sushi fix. Even when I try others I always come back to Ginmya ! This is MY SUSHI PLACE!!!!

The Bento was excellent and beautifully presented. The shrimp with the lobster sauce was incredible— it tasted homemade! The sushi rolls were also neatly assembled and absolutely delicious!

Best shrimp Shrimp Tempura Roll in Lancaster!! I love this place. I love the people. highly recommend!!
