Kfc - Lancaster

I've had repeated issues with my orders at KFC. I requested 4 pieces of original white meat with fries and was charged extra for the white meat. However, I only received two legs and a fry, yet I was still charged extra. This isn't the first time this has happened.

They had a sign out for a deal. I ordered it then they said that it was over so they could not do it. Then remove the sign when the deal is over and not have people come to your restaurant and then try to have then have to order something more expensive. That is called a Bait and switch. Then I wad asked if I wanted sauce with the expensive option I had t chose and they were out of the one I wanted. So I decided to cancel my order, and the drive through wait was about 8 minutes. I have never been so disappointed with a KFC before.

The $20 meal was spot on. However, there's one issue with this location: they're often out of items. Last night, they didn't have any condiments, and the week before, they ran out of biscuits. Instead, she tried to offer me some cookies as a replacement. Don't get me wrong—the cookies are delicious, but I really love my biscuits. So, I ended up getting potato wedges instead.

Through the car drive thru and was still asked to park in front. the chicken was underboiled and was bad. never go back to the kfc in lancaster 20th street east and avenue J.Parking: a lot of parking because is located in a shopping center.

Bought chicken sandwiches they were precooked and microwaves it was ridiculous. they needed one because to get my order and I stopped throwing it away. not sure why this kfc the ball falls some paints and other paints excell.
