Mcdonald's - Lancaster

I had an exceptional experience with the customer service on the night I picked up my food. The two staff members who assisted me were quick and demonstrated excellent customer service skills!

It's McDonald's, so you know what to expect. The food is the usual McDonald's menu, but it was freshly made to order and the coffee was great. I did notice that the prices are higher here compared to other locations, likely because it's in a tourist area. However, the drink station was quite dirty, and the lid dispenser was especially off-putting. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, so I made sure to inform the management before I left.

I understand it was late on a Friday evening when we visited, but the service left much to be desired. The floor was dirty, and the tables were sticky. While the staff were probably tired, they could have been a bit more professional.

Would not honor coupon code from the McDonald?s app. Correct store was selected and a code was given on screen. Told it will not be honored by staff. Don?t waste your time with better options nearby

Honestly could be the best Mcdonald I was in everything neat, Nice and hot. Although they almost forgot something, but who can blame that it was rush hour at the time and she fixed it immediately.
