Papa Johns Pizza - Lancaster

I'm done with all the other places! I just had what I think is the best pizza I've ever tasted. The crust was perfect, and the toppings were probably the freshest you can find. I’m through with all the other pizzerias. The prices are reasonable, and the food is amazing! You should definitely try one—or even two! I would give it a five-star rating, but I don't believe that's quite possible for a takeout place, although they come extremely close.

The staff here are absolutely outstanding! I had a small issue with my delivery order, but they took care of it right away. They even brought me a complimentary drink along with my pizza as a kind gesture, all within an hour. One of the employees I spoke to on the phone expressed how sincerely sorry the team felt about the situation. Overall, your customer service and communication skills are exceptional. To anyone who might be challenging with the staff, keep in mind that kindness can make a big difference! Keep up the amazing work, everyone! You are all truly remarkable and special in your own ways!
