Pasture Burgers Bbq - Lancaster

Very simple ambience. It is basically a kitchen built in a barn. If you choose the table and decoration, it could easily convert to keep hay. But all that is not really important bc Siere go for the beautiful simple homemade farm meal. When I left, there was no menu to say. I was told they had a burger or a chorizoburger. And that was it. So I went with the burger. When it came out, I got exactly that; a bungalow and burger. Period. Then come in line for all fixins. They had a nice variety of plastered cabbage to the Bourbon-Bbq sauce. So finally and with its very simple decor there was a TERRIFIC burger! The sauce was great. I had 3 different pickled things. It was soooo good. I usually don't get a 2nd burger, but I really tried to justify myself that it was a good idea. However, I decided that it will come back or stop whenever I'm likely to be a great idea in the area. Bonus is this place would probably make a good place for a customer meeting. Or properly coordinated, a good place for a wedding reception. You even have a small courtyard. The only reason I didn't have 5 stars is bc I wanted the reubs (I love Reubens) and they didn't. And they were not able to give me a day if it were there or if it was expected.

I sometimes like to order sandwiches and potatoes here. Also here are very tasty chips made to order. It is possible to buy farm products and even for grocery cards. The food here is always fresh and quite fatty. I recommend to visit and try.

I've had almost everything on the menu and it is ALL delicious! And ALL pasture raised or grass fed just miles away from the processing facility. The smoked bologna reuben and the chorizo burger are my absolute favorite, but really everything is good. I love cooking with Marksbury meats at home as well, and the staff is great to help pick out meat cuts for home cooking.

Can't help but immerse here after you see the funny barn from the side of the road during the ride. Picked up some Kentucky Proud products and if I had a cooler got some meat from her butcher. Quint little store and Metcher offers many different products from around Kentucky.

Great place with good burgers and sandwiches. Visit again before we go
