Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lancaster

I travel through four states each week and make it a point to stop at Popeyes about three times a week. I always order the same thing, and I've never been disappointed with the freshness at this particular location. Initially, I thought I just happened to visit at the right time. However, after stopping by four times, it's clear that this isn't just a coincidence! The management here is clearly committed to maintaining consistent quality, which I can't say for other locations.

I typically use the drive-thru option and find the chicken to be tasty, with portion sizes that are pretty decent. I usually wait for combo deals since it can get a bit expensive. The staff seems friendly, and I've visited at various times. However, I think the place could be a bit cleaner, especially with table cleanliness. Just a suggestion!

We were truly impressed by the outstanding service and fresh cuisine at this restaurant. The chicken nuggets were not only fresh but also incredibly tender, and the red beans and rice were both fresh and flavorful. We opted to dine in, and the manager, M.D., made a special effort to ensure we felt comfortable and welcomed. He even delivered our food directly to the table and took the time to check on our satisfaction with our order. Such excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, and we were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely return to this location the next time we’re in Lancaster!

Couldn't place my order via the app and what should have cost us 26.00 by what our prices were on the app...they wanted over 42.00!!!!! We cancelled the order after waiting in line in a raging thunderstorm and being soaking wet for the 15 minutes ittook in line with an amazingly rude girl taking the order with the car window open at the drive thru. We'll never go to thisPopeyes again...this week we went to the Popeyes in Lebanon with the same prices as we had for this place and got the same orderfor $26.42 with no issues.

We very much enjoyed our meal this past Friday. The shrimp and chicken combo suited us perfectly. We were impressed how clean and fresh the restaurant was. An employee named Qween was very diligent in keeping the dining room spotless, all with abeautiful smile. Everyone was really friendly and we were very pleased. Keep up the good work, Popeyes!
