Rio Brazilian Grill - Lancaster

The food was very good. Our only complaint was the meat selection was a little slow when leaving. But the meat was excellent. The sides and the salad were very delicious. I've read reviews that the salad bar was too small, but I thought it would be good because the main reason you have it for the meat. I think they need to improve their service process to get meat selection on the tables faster.

My wife and I liked Rios very much... We're definitely coming back. But a few things we noticed.... the pages do not really fit to the meat served... Rio should offer a rice dish... like a pilaf. The salad bar is quite small. There was a point where it seemed that we were skipped when the meat was offered... my wife said... I wanted to see how long our dry spell would last. it was almost 20 minutes. It is a very young staff... The girl who sat and served us most of the time was very sweet. We really liked her when I remembered her name. All employees including the young Mgr. were really great. Altogether, we'll be back for dinner.

Chicken hearts dry; most of the foods were heated in a microwave, not grilled; the beans see that it was there for 3 days; the buffet is bad and nothing in it is really “Brazilian”. There is not Farofa, this is fundamental in any Brazilian steakhouse. No fresh vegetables/salad like Palm Tree, juniper etc. The music is too loud, they probably play 5 songs and repeat it. Most of them are latin songs, not exactly from Brazil and definitely not the samba you expect to go to a Brazilian restaurant. The place is really dead... brazil is a happy place filled with happy people. You won't find anything there.

The service was very good. The pace at which the food was taken out was not too fast, nor did we have to wait too long to be served. Everything from the meat served by the salad bar was delicious. We're definitely going back.
