The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I usually buy from Stauffers because their products are consistently fresh and the store is always clean. The staff is very friendly as well. However, last week I purchased some pre-packaged hamburgers that looked fresh and pink. Unfortunately, when I went to cook them for a pasta dish the same day, the inside was completely brown. I ended up having to throw away $7 worth of meat. I reached out to customer service about the issue, but they simply explained it as oxidation. I'm concerned that this could happen to other customers as well, and I found their explanation unsatisfactory.
