Taco Bell - Lancaster

We don’t have a car, and during the pandemic, we ordered a lot of Taco Bell through DoorDash, and we still do. This location is fantastic! 99% of the time, our orders are accurate and everything is included. Occasionally, a few items have been left out or some ingredients that we requested to be omitted were included, but mistakes happen to everyone. Taco Bell is one of the few restaurants in Lancaster that consistently gets our orders right. Sometimes, we may have to wait 40 minutes or more, but they truly do their best with the staff they have.

I received a warm welcome from the lady at the front register. The other staff members appeared to be busy catering to the needs of the drive-thru customers. The dining area was also spotless. I definitely prefer this restaurant over others within a 40-mile radius.

Tamera the night shift manager is amazing and has great customer service. She was so sweet to us. She made our night as safe as we did.

I've been a customer since the opening of the site. Always faster, precise service through the drive-thru and my food is always hot. It's my visit when I come late for lunch or need something to accompany me.

The staff was extremely friendly. Although the card readers were malfunctioning, we were able to place our order using the Taco Bell app. The food was hot, fresh, and served promptly.
