Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible spicy food....cold and terrible quality. Not what I would expect of Chipotle.

My entire order was wrong through delivery. I assume they gave me someone else’s

I had hopes for this location since it was new and appeared to be clean. I decided to treat myself to a delicious meal before I have my baby in less than 24 hrs. I placed my order online for pickup through the drive through. My order was not ready when I arrived, in fact I watched them make in through the drive thru window. I had errands to run after so I decided to just park and eat quick in my car. The only thing that couldn’t be ruined was the chips and queso but the rest of my order was disappointing. I need not get the fajita vegetables that I ordered or the extra guacamole that I paid for. I could handle all of that even since I was hungry and just needed sustanance. What I could not forgive was the bug in cup. I opened my soda to see the amount of ice I got vs actual soda and there was a big stuck to the inside of the cup. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help me the only thing I was offered was a free side of guacamole through the app. Highly disappointed and disgusted to say the least.

They advertised it will be open until 11 PM. Even on their door there was a sign “now open until 11 PM”When we got there about 45 mins before they already closed.

I know they have a real bad rating. And I'm guessing that it's because they're real busy. But they were very attentive, very nice and kept Going Out to do cleaning. Still things were a little messy. But I had an excellent visit.
