Also real milk for tea and great food from room service. Nice pool, needs some lanes set aside for lane swimming though as they kept almost taking out my daughter who was enjoying the LEISURE POOL! Would definately stay again!!
Spent a night here last night, this is my go to place for a bit of me time. Excellent service, lovely food in the bar, had fish and chips and the fish was simply amazing and the courting cake was delicious too. Breakfast is a must have here with excellent service all round. Left alone, not hassled at all. Lovely sleep, slept all night, very quiet
Very swish and well appointed, with a pool and spa treatments and swanky restaurant. Not within walking distance of the city centre, but set in a quiet spot away from the hustle bustle. There is no lift, so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Staff customer service needs some work though they are too comfortable with misgendering guests perhaps some education is needed?
Great hotel. Rooms are older but very clean and tidy. For example bathroom looks like it's from the 80s but there isn't a mark on the sealant, grouting. Maintenance is obviously very well done. Main areas have been updated. An old world feel with a bright and modern team. Loved the open fire in reception and the piano being played.
Lovely Hotel. Chosen for the Luxury suite with separate sofa bed. Food excellent. Service a little poor in restaurant. Bar food as shown was lovely and staff in bar serving it too.
