Mama Mia! - Lancaster

The delivery took over two hours instead of the promised 45 minutes. The hot vegetarian pizza was not actually hot and lacked chillies. It arrived lukewarm and I was pretty disappointed.

I ordered two large lamb shish kebabs, garlic bread, and a bottle of Coca-Cola. However, we received two regular kebabs instead. The portion size was smaller compared to previous orders and the food was lukewarm. Despite the small portions, the food was fresh and delicious.

Don't waste your money! We had to wait 2 hours for mediocre food. When we called to check on our order, the person who answered was not very helpful, polite, or apologetic.

Food arrived after 45mins or so, but they had made mistakes. No big issue, we’ll call and get them to correct. Only an hour later than that when enquiring where the food is all we get is a rude unhelpful response. Given all the other local options this is certainly a place to avoid.

I have been a loyal customer, ordering from Mama Mia, both on FoodHub and in-person. For my last order, I ordered a 9 Pepperoni pizza, a sizzler burger, and some chips (with tomato sauce). I DID NOT RECIEVE THIS ORDER. Instead, they delivered a Garlic bread, one chips (with no sauce) one chips with tomato sauce. I called the restaurant, and it was the owner that answered 'apparently ', and he had 'apparently ' 'made ' my order. He was definitely lying! He acted all confused. Despite saying what I ordered, and what had actually turned up, about 50 times, he was having none of it. What an unreliable service? Also, the funny thing is, that this INCORRECT order arrived in about 30 minutes, which is basically 1 hour faster than it would normally take, because their delivery times are long! Very long!
