Our first visit to Heysham to see lovely St Peters Church when we came across a lovely cafe called The Old Barn. Had a lovely warm welcome by the lady owner had the best latte I have had in a long time! Even better than Costa! Fyi they have all types of different milks. I wld go back to Heysham just to go to this little gem have another catch up with the lovely lady owner!
Went to the barn in heysham for lunch on a recommendation. We were there at lunchtime and only wanted a sandwich but we sat down to be told no food was available except cakes as they were too busy to make anything. It was not very busy. Only 2 tables with people in them. Will not be going again
Lovely little gem,in the midst of a beautiful village, food excellent clean, fresh and very accommodating to my fussy needs myself and my husband will be back
Nice little cafe with really nice coffee and the food was very nice too. Service was very good and very reasonably priced too We had two coffees (flat white and a latte) a banana milk shake ...two cheeseburgers and chips and a soup n sandwich deal...the soup of the day was broccoli and Stilton which was delicious ....nice selection of ice creams and they have a shaved ice machine ....we will certainly be visiting again
