Boston Pizza - L'Ancienne-Lorette

My group of friends has been staying at the hotel next to BP for a month now and we have visited the restaurant several times. The service can be hit or miss, with some days having only one waitress serving both the bar and restaurant, resulting in long wait times. One evening, we waited nearly 45 minutes to order our meals, only to receive nachos instead of the burgers we had ordered. While there have been a few instances of good service, overall it has been inconsistent. It seems that the restaurant lacks sufficient staff during peak hours.

My wife, grandson, and I arrived at our hotel (Hotel Cofortel) and checked in before heading to the nearby Boston Pizza for dinner. Upon entering, the hostess informed us that there were no available tables for dinner, despite there being at least 10 empty tables visible to the right of the entrance. It was clear to us that, because we spoke English, there was no room for us, regardless of the empty tables in the restaurant. Feeling disappointed, we decided to leave and went to La Cage, a nearby sports bar, where we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a great meal. We were appalled by the behavior of the Boston Pizza in Quebec City and have no plans to return to that establishment in the future.

I was disappointed to find that many items on the menu were not available, despite there being only a limited selection already. Our waitress, Jennifer, seemed unaware of what the kitchen had run out of and attempted to take our plates away before we had finished our meals. To top it off, our dirty plates were left on the table after we had finished eating. I have no plans to return to this restaurant.

Stopped in last nite to have dinner and a few beer and watch the game ... our server was great .... been to BP Twice and have yet to try pizza ... it was great eats and the Belgian Moon was awesome

I was staying at a hotel accross the street . I did not have a car so I decided to go there to eat dinner.Vegetarian options were very limited but I opted for their veggie burger . The patty was wet and soft, not good at all. It came with steamed vegeable , they were overcooked and all soft and flavorless....
