Sonic Drive-in - Land Lakes

Customer service was horrible, he had such an attitude when I knocked on the door after waiting 3 min for an order that was done and being picked up. then once I received my food, how gross! had to throw the entire order away. for starters there was no silverware provided for my Chili Cheese Fries that was soggy! the Corn Dog was so hard I could throw it through a window! what sucks, they are a convenient location as I can walk across the street and get my lunch but thats ok, Ill drive before I ever order from here again.

I am the only car in the drive thru I was asked to look at the menu and someone would be right with me. after a few minutes my order was taken. 1 medium-sized cherry mud and 1 small cup of ice. I ordered at 12:57. I'm the only car in the car ride that was ordered at 12:57. I finally got my drink at 1:07. unacceptable waiting time for a drink. I haven't been there for years and now I remember why.

I was there Friday afternoon. whoever the “gentleman” on the laufwerk thru was either to get a job he enjoys or to act as he enjoys his job. when I gave up my order, he was rude and asked very rudely “Is this all?” after each order I placed. my total rose to $50, my commands are there in the rule as much or more as we could have a family of 6. Now that I couldn't appreciate its lack of customer service and its evil hire, I left the drive and went to dairy queen where they my order with great customer service. I'm sure he wasn't very happy that a big order was placed and never paid. I will not go to this sonic anymore, I will now go to the one close to my house. hopefully, the service will be better there. I will not spend money where I will be treated with respect.

The service was slow, but they were very busy. Food was average at best. Limeade is still the best fast food drink on the market.

We went there recently for lunch. My guest had the Super Double Cheese Burger and raved about it. Said it was one of the best hamburgers he ever had. My experience was not so fortunate. I had really been craving a good chili dog for a month or better and figured this was the place to get it. WRONG!! The hot dog was OK but the chili topping was awful. It tasted as if was the last scoop of chili scraped out of the bottom of a kettle in the steam table. Tasted nasty and was all dried out.I see so many negative reviews for this location. If they took as much time addressing the problems as they do posting apologies for the bad reviews they might get somewhere. What will it take for someone to wake up and smell the coffee?
