Pintxos Landau - Landau an der Isar

Service ok, price performance for tapas is not possible. 6 greasy dattels in spekmantel for 6,50 a disc brot with tomaten for 3,90. paella for 31,00 with a little fish and meat was pampered with little taste, the chocolate sauce new the churros tasted as thickened kaba. only the espresso for 1.80 was appropriate. a real disappointment.

Yesterday it was so; my man and I finally went to the pintxos in the flower basket . already when entering the very nicely designed dining room (at least in Spanish style we were very kindly greeted by the service staff and offered us a nice table in the well visited local. After we had read the very extensive menu and the evening was still quite young, we decided to a paella mixta, which includes a half hour waiting time! but paella lovers know that this is so in this court. the drinks we got after a few minutes at the table and the paella came in the typical pan after about 40 minutes at our table: it was very good (the rice was neither too dry nor too damp! with plenty of meat, mush and scampis and sweet. at our pan for 2 people could have had another third. the attentive waiter who looked at us that we had a very full, offered us a schnapps or a carajillo even after he had cleared our empty teller. an offer that we very much like to have accepted to make the very nice evening. our conclusion: pintxos in the flower basket is recommended without reservation.

Extremely long waiting times. until we have already 20 minutes and until we eat again well 80 minutes. unfortunately the long waiting period was not rewarded. we had ordered the meat plate for two (35€ the steak was completely through and the other meat dry and partly very black. and that was cold. a bit like after a long grilling evening, if they still plundered the rest of the plate in well drowned condition. tasty were the pommes and the grilled vegetables. but you don't have to wait almost two hours and then leave 50€ in the evening. the quality of the meat has not made a particularly good impression on us. so we have not eaten and after our visit at pintxos have gone around the corner to the italian and have finished the evening with a grappa and cannelloni. because also the service that the planter of the kitchen has not tried to compensate again, we can absolutely not recommend pintxos!

Service unattended. eat heated and very tasteless, nudel extremely al dente, which were probably only 5 minutes in boiling water. with little dressing. I don't have to go to dinner anymore. my well-known were not.

Finally something new in landau. very tasty eating, friendly staff, great environment. we're coming back. animals
