Starbucks - Landrum

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Today, I ordered a refreshing drink that was good. My only complaint was that one of the girls seemed hesitant about taking all the drink orders. I also ordered a double chocolate chip drink, which was terrible. When the drink was brought to me, I didn't realize it was mine because it was not called out. It didn't look like what I had expected and it was not even filled to the top. There was a significant amount of empty space under the whipped cream on top. Out of curiosity, I took a sip and was disappointed to find that it was just milk, water, and ice - with no chocolate flavor at all. It was a very disappointing experience.

This restaurant does not cater to conservative Christians or anyone who is not afraid to speak their mind.

I have been coming to this restaurant for about two years now and recently I rated it a 3, but I must say they have improved! The staff may have been short-handed, but they were incredibly kind and friendly. The new manager, Brittney, is fantastic and the server, Ella, is incredibly sweet. My drinks were delicious and the staff was ready to assist in any way they could. It was a wonderful way to start the day!

If you have time to make it to a Starbucks outside of an Ingles grocery, make the trip. Do not recommend this one. When paying almost $5 for a coffee drink it seems reasonable to expect it to be made correctly. Remade 3X and still wrong, then got a snarky “have a great day”. Love Starbucks and the typically friendly, great service found in company stores.

We waited forever to get our order and there were other people who had ordered way ahead of us who had been waiting 20 minutes before we even ordered. Customer service was terrible. And my daughter got a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and couldn't even drink it due to it being so thick and icy.
