This place deserves ZERO stars. Terrible customer service! The staff member at the front counter was argumentative rude, when all I asked was if they 'd be making more of a certain pizza soon (so my son could have a couple fresh slices of his favorite type). It was very odd how hostile the staff member became.. whatever happened to the customer is always right sentiment..? The pizza in the showcase was visibly dry had been sitting out for a long time.. so it shouldn 't be surprising for customers to ask when the next pizza is coming out of the oven!?! He seemed very offended that I would even ask such a thing his attitude was absolutely ridiculous unnecessary. Langford is still a small enough town that word of mouth reviews go a long way and could damage a business very quickly. My advice to this place is to train their staff better in customer service, so they don 't throw a tantrum when asked a few simple questions. It 's PIZZA... not rocket science. Get a grip. Ordered a large Black and Blue and large Chipotle beef for pickup on Friday March 22nd around 8:00pm. Pizzas were ready on time as per their website and both pizzas were absolutely delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5
