Kfc - Langford Station

Just revolting. Only person in the location. 22 minutes to make a sandwich combo. Fries were old and reflashed in the fryer. Curds still partially frozen. Gravy lukewarm at best. Chicken sammich was dried out like Arizona roadkill.With all the amazing fried chicken in town, kfc may as well just pull the plug and go somewhere else. Just nasty

Went and ordered 2- 4piece box meals asked for white meat for 1 order and 2piece for second.. it was only 6pm and the told me to wait for 20 mins and when I said cancel my order the girl asked me to wait..nope I paid for my 2 drinks and one was only 3/4 full.. never again I came from Victoria be cause the KFC in Victoria sucks

I've been waiting on. PRE COOKED CHICKEN. For over 25 minutes? Seriously?

No one to take your order. Self ordered at kiosk and a TIP option comes up?? Wait time for our order was excessive. We ordered 3 items total and 2 items were missed.

Ordered a 20 piece family meal. Asked at drive thru if I could substitute wings for different pieces of chicken and I would pay extra. Was told no problem. Got home and only had 12 pieces of chicken. Tried calling the store multiple times and you can’t get through. It just rings. No answering machine. Disappointed and will never return.
