Starbucks - Langford Station

Employees are super friendly! Always makes me feel at ease when ordering my ridiculous trenti cold brews with 7 pump vanilla and extra foam. The drive through is a hit or miss with it being busy but always worth it because I only got my order wrong once:

They let us stay like 10 more minutes while they close. Great job guys!

I'm usually a customer of a different coffee place but got a gift card. I showed up knowing nothing about how or what the hell to order. Shout out to Justin, he's killing it on customer service in the drive through. Just a sweet and lovely person. This location is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

To the ladies working Saturday, December 31st between 5:30am 9:30am(ish) I came back to the island yesterday after leaving for about a year, and this morning at Starbucks was my first human interaction with anyone since being here. I walked into the restaurant with such a negative demeanour and walked out with the total opposite. After I left the restaurant, I started to cry for a good 20 minutes because of how sweet they were to me and how nice they treated me. I’m used people being very nasty and rude towards me. I am going through a lot and really struggling at the moment, with a plethora of different things and I was so close to giving up until this morning. They may think their kindness was a small gesture or goes unnoticed it doesn’t. It moved mountains for me. I am so thankful that team was working that morning because I was not in a good place, mentally. I didn’t get their names before leaving and I wish I had so I could make sure they get recognized for their outstanding customer service. Thank you girls for making today a lot easier and being who you are. Thank you Starbucks for scheduling them today, and thank you google for making it possible to write this.

I have always enjoyed stopping here. The staff has always been kind and courteous. Justin there remembers my name and never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time for a short and kind interaction each and every time.
