I seated myself on the patio as instructed by the sign, but waited over 20 minutes before receiving any service or even a greeting. After finally ordering my drink and food, it took approximately half an hour for them to arrive. The Sriracha chicken burger was decent, but the french fries were cold. The server did not check if I needed anything despite my empty glasses, and I had to flag down another server for assistance. The new server quickly addressed my concerns and brought me fresh fries and a drink. However, another waitress initially brought my wine to the wrong table and made a rude comment when I corrected her. I spoke to the manager, Megan, about the poor service and decided to pay my bill and leave. With subpar food and unacceptable behavior from a server, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. Although options are limited on Bear Mountain, disrespectful conduct cannot be overlooked. I will be contacting the general manager to address these issues.
Good place to stop for breakfast. Limited seating. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. limited selection. Was able to just walk over from the hotel
Went for lunch today. Party of 6. Terrible service. Server kept forgetting drinks, water, and cutlery. Had to keep flagging staff down to ask where our orders were. Food ok, but not great. Great patio but not going back anytime soon.
I had the Cajun Chicken Caesar the chicken tasted like the Costco pre cooked chicken not fresh at all. The lettuce was just soggy with too much dressing. My dinner companion had pizza with the same mediocre chicken nothing tasted fresh... Huge disappointment.
We just had hands down our worst restaurant experience that we’ve had in years. The food was terrible… bruschetta was rock hard, chicken bites were a tiny portion, the chicken wraps were mediocre, the quesadilla was rock solid, they even managed to screw up ceaser and Greek salad… When we politely asked to talk to the manager about the food, the very young waitress cried, an absolute shock to us given how polite we were, she clearly couldn’t handle any sort of confrontation or was scared of dealing with her manager. We later found out why... The manager came up, back raised, instantly aggressive and noticeably intoxicated, threatened us about “what his partner would do if he heard us say this” and told us he is doing just fine with out our business and to never come back. Do yourself a favour, avoid mediocre to awful food, immature children for waitresses and drunk coke heads for owners and take your business elsewhere.
