Mcdonald's - Langford

We just got 2 mcflurries. We had to wait a decent amount of time. The regular mcflurries were basically half full.

Staff 's face looks like not really happy to do the job. And refuse to give the washroom key to customers without any explanation. I would not recommend this McDonald 's branch (980 Pandora Ave, Victoria)

Person on drive thru is incompetent, and didn’t understand anything we said for 5 minutes and had to repeat ourselves an unnecessary amount of times. I get it’s fast food but if you can’t simply take an order in a drive thru, dont work in that atmosphere.Tried to order 3 fries 3 McDoubles and 1 drink.First they added 3 drinks, then removed them all, removed a fry, insisted they couldn’t accept the code and then accepted it.Guy behind us backed out and went to other drive thru for that small of an order.Time of visit: 5:10 pm, July 30. Female worker, right side of drive thru.

The service is god awful here ever single time I come through this place without missing a time I have to go out to the parking lot or third window no matter what I get honestky it could only be a drink and I’m at that third window avoid this McDonalds at all costs!!!

It’s crazy how much food is costing and you still can’t get an order right with both things clearly marked… I seldom come anymore, it was my pregnant fiancée that wanted the chicken McGriddle and you screwed it up! Plus, she’s PREGNANT! So I couldn’t exactly come back while she’s pregnant and hungry can I?! Oh well…. I’ll pick my destination more wisely next time….P.s. Order 812, I’m sorry… my fiancée said your sandwich was decent, all things considered…
