Contribuisci feedbackWent last night for dinner, I had a coupon for the 1/4 white meal for $5 that was emailed out. As I was making my selections I was advised by the worker that there was no cornbread. I asked if there was something else in its place since it?s part of the meal he asked the other associate working if they had white bread. They did not. I was just told no and not given any other thing to replace the cornbread, an extra scoop of my side would have been appreciated or something. The cornbread is my favorite menu item and I normally order extra, so I was very disappointed that I didn?t get my full meal or a replacement item for the cornbread ?
Just got my food from Uber Eats! Boston market has become trash! I got a 3 piece dark meal.. the chicken looks like jerky and nothing like the picture.. these are the pieces that have been sitting somewhere since they opened. Everything is super salty, the edges of the corn bread are hard as a rock and everything is barely warm! I?ve wanted Boston market for a while since it?s been years since I?ve last eaten it .. I haven?t missed anything?I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! It wasn?t worth the $13.00 I paid (not including Uber fees and tip)
The worst! I use to enjoy going to Boston Market for their quality meals, but this location it's like coming out from a horror movie, the Creamed spinach tasted terrible, my wife asked why they didn't have any cornbread to which the kid said he didn't know, meaning he couldn't care less. also there were quite a few tables covered with crumbs and food leftovers, the garbage bin was full to the top. For future customers, I really hope they get their stuff together and a better staff. But It's with much regard I won't be visiting this location ever again.
Set an online order and when I arrived the doors were locked. It was well past their posted opening hours. The door says they open at 11 a.m. after 12 a.m. Numerous other people came and the same deal. The kicker? There was an employee in a simple view who stared the window at all the events and just stood there. So let's get this straight. This company pays their employees to keep the doors locked and are there fluctuating their thumbs all day? There's something wrong. And if they do not go to open the store, at least have the power to close the online order so that people do not pay for something they do? ll never receive! I'm absolutely disgusting and still waiting for a refund. It has tried not to answer customer service. Management has to do something because it's at fraud levels.
Don't wear ham anymore. Just chicken and meat. Gravy was really bad. I'm glad I got it on the side. Red Bliss potatoes and Mac n cheese were good.
