Contribuisci feedbackThe Columbia coffee shop is still quite empty. The regular coffee tastes nearly like hot water. The staff member just stands around with a blank expression and seems to be doing very little.
Wawa is a beloved chain in Pennsylvania, so it pains me to give them just one star. Please don’t let that rating reflect my overall feelings; it specifically pertains to this location. For a long time—ten years, in fact—this Wawa was my go-to spot. My family, friends, and I frequently visited for drinks, snacks, and hoagies. However, the decline in customer service has become a dealbreaker for me. In recent years, and especially this year, it seems the employees no longer prioritize quality service. Every time I place an order, something is often missing—sometimes multiple items. This might be more understandable with larger orders, but it’s frustrating when ordering just one or two items. Thankfully, there are plenty of other options in the area, and I will likely take my business elsewhere.
I’m thrilled to say this will be MY WAWA when I return to the East Coast USA this autumn! Two years ago, I relocated from New Jersey to Michigan, and one of the things I miss the most is Wawa. After retiring, I've traveled a lot and made it a point to stop at Wawa whenever I could, whether I was in Florida or Maine. Today, I visited one of the cleanest and best-stocked locations I’ve seen. The coffee staff was particularly friendly and helpful. She warmly greeted me as I poured my coffee and even accompanied me to show me where the coffee is brewed. Kudos to Wawa! I stopped going to Bristol on the one hand because even with only a few customers in the store the deli w.e you want to call it super slow even at 1 o'clock... and now this place turns super slow with many customers standing around, but I noticed if you door dash your order is made faster maybe just do that instead of being safe
I come to this Wawa every now and again and I never had any issues. Everyone is polite and I?m usually in and out quickly. But the past few times I am in, the cashier Jean has been off, as in she isn?t pleasant. I?m not sure why considering she was always kind before, but it?s really off putting. These rude experiences always leave me feeling odd. Hope she gets better!
