There are plenty of customization options available, including the choice of noodle style (flat, thin, thick). One thing that stood out to me is the exceptional customer service at this restaurant, which is what keeps me coming back regularly. We tried the Beef Soup with thick noodles, lemon and garlic flat noodle stir fry with beef brisket, shrimp dumplings, and salt and pepper chicken. The portions were very generous and all the dishes we ordered were delicious. Even though it's not ramen or pho, these handmade noodles have their own unique flavor. I would highly recommend trying Legendary Noodle, and I will definitely be returning to sample more dishes! 5/5 stars from me.
I have visited this restaurant a couple of times and have had a pleasant experience overall! While the menu may not be very extensive, the delicious handmade noodles are what keep me coming back for more. You can really taste the freshness, and it makes a difference! The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are good for all noodle dishes. We have also tried some appetizers which were pretty good. I am interested in trying more items on their menu. Additionally, there is plenty of parking available in the plaza, which is great! The service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. If you are in search of a tasty bowl of noodles in Langley, I recommend giving this place a try!
I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday afternoon and was pleased with the offerings from the kitchen. They are well-known for their hand-pulled noodles, which were delicious. In addition to noodles, they also offer dim sum and rice dishes at a fair price. The dim sum items are on the smaller side, but they are meant more as appetizers rather than main dishes. The menu is limited, but I prefer smaller menus personally. The restaurant is small with around 20 seats, but I had no trouble finding a table for 4 on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere quieted down after 1:30PM. The service was very friendly and I would definitely return to try their other noodle dishes.
This is a small restaurant but their food is freshly made. The lamb stir fry noodles and brisket soup were delicious. Their soup base is quite authentic and you can tell it’s different than a Ramen broth. Will definitely go there.
The freshly made Dao Xiao Mian has so much flavour and the portions are perfect for the price. I have never been disappointed with anything I’ve tried on their menu.
