Oak Thorne - Langley City

Went for mothers day. Outside seating only due to covid rules. We had one side to our self which was nice. Food was good.

Great service on the patio from Samantha. The food was fair to good, but (I think) the food has become a little pricy likely due to Covid and the reality that restaurants are struggling. However we are ALL struggling.

Food was average. Unfortunately many tables were clearly occupied by parties that did not meet COVID guidelines. Nobody from staff questioned any of the groups.

Food was much better than what I expected at a pub. Quieter than normal with controlled occupancy. COVID protection is well done and does not feel intrusive.

The kitchen closed without asking the last call... If we knew before we order drinks that would be great.
