Especially for the $18.95 plus tip and tax costs! All drinks are not only included in the food. Shout out... on our server Char. She was really great! Thank you. We'll be back soon
Great atmosphere and Sunday brunch is very good. We love going there with friends. Scenery is especially beautiful in summer when the golfers are out. Make sure you try their Sun Mimosa
I was twice in the last 2 weeks once for the Saturday night Primerib Buffet and today for the lunch buffet. The ambience is good, but the food is very moderate and the desserts are absolutely boring.
We had reservations for tonight, Thursday, November 18, 2021 at a restaurant in New Zealand that has been our go-to for special occasions for the past 20 years. We had booked a few days in advance for a seafood buffet dinner priced at $31.95 for a combination birthday and anniversary celebration. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the buffet had increased to $33.50 per person. My wife noticed that there was no longer any crab included in the buffet, which used to feature a selection of dungeon, snow, and king crab. She spoke to the host at the door, who explained that crab was now only available as an a la carte option at $22.95 for 6 ounces in addition to the $33.50 buffet price. Feeling that the total cost of $58.50 per person, with extra charges for desserts as well, was too expensive for us, we decided to dine elsewhere in Langley for a more reasonably priced meal. While the restaurant may still be a good choice for golf outings, we will not be returning for the seafood buffet with our guests in the future.
I sent a message to the management of Mr. A's Patio in February 2021 but did not receive a response. My wife and I were not treated well by the front desk staff when we arrived for our 7pm reservation. Even though we arrived before other parties, they were seated before us. When we asked about the delay, we were told to wait and not given a clear explanation. The front desk staff made us feel unwelcome and accused us of yelling, even though we were not raising our voices. We decided to leave the restaurant as we were not happy with the service. We have been loyal customers of Mr. A's in the past, but this experience was disappointing and embarrassing.
