Tim Hortons - Langley

I absolutely love this Tim Hortons!! The are phenomenal! Keep up the spectacular work guys!!

Never buy a multi pack of timbits from this store! they will give you whatever they cannot sell, none of the good bits. they often do not refund if they dont have the correct donut, so unless your not picky abt receiving a random one, dont order speciality donuts from them. the Muffin Multi-Pack was actually decent, but its not common for this establishment. honestly better to go in person than order from here.

They were out of a soup I wanted and one of the muffins so they sent extra soup and muffins and a donut and a nice note explaining why

We ordered a 50 pack of timbits to make sure we would get a decent selection since you cant add specific requests. All we got were tons of plain (which, lets be honest, no one ever wants) 5 chocolate, 5 honey dip, and some gross sprinkle covered mush.

The restaurant is not well-maintained. As of 2024, it is dirty with trash scattered on the tables and floors. It has become a gathering place for the homeless, where there is often vulgarity, threats, and conflicts. The police could be stationed here around the clock. There is trash littered outside on the sidewalk and the staff does not address it. Loud music is played by the homeless individuals. This is the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. It is meant to be a restaurant, but it is far from it.
