The restaurant was spacious and a pleasant change to see chefs in a kitchen instead of behind closed doors, however, people preparing food were seen to be continually sniffling from a flu, rubbing their noses and the delivering food to the tables. Food was ok, comparable to basic home cooking for the price. Staff were pleasant and friendly but we won't be back.
Fantastic hospitality and serviceWelcoming and food was sensational. Kids loved it, little on the spicier side so if your kids don't love it then recommend extra raita to mix inPortions on the small side which is great to encourage lots of trying of new and different things.Wonderful place- we'll definitely be back, so glad Somerville is finally getting some good food establishments!
Casual dinner with friends and we were delighted to be greeted by quality table linen and tableware and proper wait service not usually found out this way. The menu is somewhat modified to suit western tastes but in saying that the food is bibrant, clean, fresh and you can identify the bold spices. Everything cooked to order including fresh breads. Extremely good value. Would be triple the price in town for this quality. Will be going back regularly now we have found it!
We have been dining here for 15 years ang have never experienced a poor meal. We also frequently buy takeaway. The house wine " wildcroft " is another nice reward. Spacious and clean, Tulsi is the best dining in Somerville
