Refined cuisine but which would deserve to be a little more copier...The chef adapts to "gluten-free"The price is a little too expensive even by taking the midi formula the setting is very pleasant
Briand marc installed since late 2013 has still not found the macaron won at the manor house of lan kerellec and yet its restaurant is the best in the region. the ratio quality price is exceptional, they are 2 in kitchen and 2 in room including the chef's wife, all here breathes the beautiful work, probity, generosity, the love of well done work, kindness, benevolence and sincerity. We made 2 remarkable dinners with our little girl - beautiful child menu at 15 euros - the week of 14 July and we tested the 2 menus, the iodine and campaign at 46 euros and especially the discovery at 68 euros. This last very qualitative proposal was that evening after the amuse-drinks of langoustines poached mango passion artichokes, a lobster with coraillé juice with violin zucchini, oxas (at our request and without supplement the chef kindly changed the filling planned carrot ravioli, orange deduction campari already present with the barbue of the menu iodine The style is sleek, precise, with the right cooking for each part of the plate, seasonal products are of all beauty and seasonings with small onions. Not a fault of taste, briand marc in old briscard of the furnaces has an eye to everything! The wine map offers very beautiful quilles including the Montlouis de chez chidaine with notably the fabulous closed habert 2014 to 43 euros! We must thank this wonderful couple of restaurateurs, they are the honor of this beautiful profession.Court it!You will not regret it.
My brother-in-law always looking for a table in our resorts incites me to come share agapes with the anthocyane. Decorate quite sleek, warm with a leather table path, a beautiful brightness and a warm and reserved welcome. a card with three maritime oriented menus (we are on the seaside) and we opt for the iodized flavors: a pleasant crab roll in a fine cucumber envelope with a subtle ice-cream on the rocket already left the taste buds in boiling, after a few amuses mouths of beautiful invoices. the night's nail a wonderful turbo served with carrot ravioli of incomparable lightness (what technicality!) , paimpolais coconuts and a superb lemony cream. dessert is unfortunately not at the height of the dishes but it will not be cured because the whole is largely worth the trip.
