Chick-fil-a Lansdale

I didn't have the typical Chick-fil-A experience I usually get daily. I have 4 children and they love this restaurant. we go there twice a week. I decided to order from our regular square to 210 forty foot rd lansdale pa. 5 chicken mini courts. takes home, and the brot was so tuff that you couldn't bite it. but we decided to eat it. children didn't eat it. 30 minutes later, 4 of us on the toilet with magen pain. Call them and talk to a manager. explained my problem with the hard broth and lean problem. she was so incalented and had a attitude. Chick-fil-A will never get another penny of my geldes! I am tired of doing business to accuse customer service and quality on covid! I gave them 1 star, because I wouldn't allow to post with 0 stars! I'm done!

The rebooted CV stuff no counter etc is getting really annoying and slows everything down some but the great workers try to make the best they can of it. It is sometimes a pain if u need something especially w this setup or want to buy something more like a dessert or drink or whatever kids always seem to find something to add.

Hatfield location is by far the nicest, quickest, and cleanest. There?s no pics since their food is very popular. We do the online ordering and they are super quick and so friendly. They are super quick during peak hours. Location is super easy to get into and is surrounded by other nice businesses like Wawa, Freddy?s, Lowes and other essential shops. Highly recommend this Chic-fil-A.

Breakfast with toddlers made easy with the play area being open. Customers are respectful of distancing while eating indoors during breakfast. Only ones at the play area at that time!

First off, the lids on the drinks are AMAZING. I may have taken a turn too fast and had the drinks in my carrier tip over. And I've got to say that barley anything spilled out. Secondly, the staff was super nice. And a side note, I think they should be allowed to get tips. I wanted to tip the nice lady at the counter but she said they don't accept tips. Anyway, great experience.
