Burger King - Lansing

I just left there after talking to the thru speaker running gear and didn't get any answer, then I went to the pickup window and knocked on until my hand was mad and saw either the manager or coworkers dancing and singing. I will not go back there.

Consistently good as BKs go, and of more traditional fast food, the Original Chicken has been a nearly lifelong fave for me.

I pulled into Burger King 10 minutes ago. I was in the drive-through after checking to be sure this restaurant was open. It says online it’s open until midnight. There were lights on inside but nobody ever came to the window to take my order. And when I drove around to the drive-through window to receive any food I could’ve ordered, there was nobody there. Someone was helped in front of me but nobody came to the window for me at 9:30 PM

Rude employees. Awful customer service! Toy just stuck her hand out the window and made no eye contact waiting for me to hand over my debit card and didn't once even look at me or speak for that matter... Not even to remind me of my total. Closes the window walks away for roughly 2 minutes and then came back with my card in her hands... Realizing she walked away with my card I canceled it. I would have said something if I wasn't afraid of getting shot... Food was good though lol

Staff dropped my bag handing out the window then went back inside. I waited thinking he was going to replace it but he never came back. I honked and asked for my other sandwich and was told I had to pay for another. I asked for the manager he stated he was the manager and closed the window
