Domino's Pizza - Lansing

I paid for my meal with a credit card and everything seemed fine at first. However, I later got a call saying they couldn’t process the payment and that they had contacted the police. I didn’t see their voicemail until late in the evening. I spoke with someone from their team, and by that time, my bank account still showed the transaction as pending. To resolve the issue, I ended up paying a second time. They insisted that there was nothing wrong with their system.

Great experience! My first online order for two pizzas included one that was customized for someone else. Thankfully, that choice turned out to be fantastic, and I now have a new favorite pizza. The new location is still getting the hang of things, but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very enjoyable visit!

I made a pickup job. reload. good crew. weird that when they scan their card to pay in the business, it asks for a tipp. who gets exactly the tipp? the teller? the manager? corporate headquarters? they should explain.

We've ordered from Reload several times because we're pizza lovers. The pizza has always been delicious and served hot. We use the pickup window, and it's always ready in no time. The service has been excellent every time we've visited.

Great location! Love the interior and exterior! But cant delete this now due to other experiences.
