Mancino's Pizza Grinders - Lansing

I love this place! Their Italian subs are phenomenal, and if you get a full size, be prepared because they are huge. The food is always fresh and the service is always on time.

The customer service at this restaurant was friendly. I always make an effort to support local and small businesses wherever I travel. However, I was disappointed with my grinder as it lacked a sufficient amount of meat. It was mainly filled with lettuce and tomato, with very little meat.

Their Credit Card Machine seems to Charge $2.50 surcharge which they seemed unaware of. I wouldn't have noticed but I get text alerts for every transaction.. And it was $2.51 more than price charged.. Seems a steep surcharge.. Hopefully they make their Bank Aware.. Food is Great as always though. And Nice Employees.. Just pay cash...

The only reason it gets one star is because I can't give them zero I run the gas station down the street from them I have been ordering from them for 3 years had a couple mistakes that they have corrected. Today I decide to order nachos and they messed it up the owner literally gets on the phone with me tells me that I don't know how to order my food they're not going to replace it I can just bring it back and get my money back and he's never doing business with me again for their mistake never go to this one the owner of this one is rude and disrespectful they don't know how to make the food the right way. Go to the one on Waverly the owner of that one is very polite and very helpful they do way better an their food is better than the one on Mount Hope.

I have eaten all my life in the restaurants of mancino. great food. great staff. fresh, fast and delicious! I recommend the Italian grinder.
