Pancheros Mexican Grill - Lansing

Came in, wasn't busy when we got here, only ones in line with one person already sitting down, waited 2 minutes before we were acknowledged. Service was slow and workers unkempt/disheveled.

Absolutely the best burrito I've ever had! They prepare a freshly pressed tortilla right from the dough ball when you place your order. They also mix in their special ingredients before rolling the burrito. Every bite was full of flavor! It was a fantastic experience!

I absolutely love Pancheros burritos! They are so filling that I always have some left over for later. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile. There were three employees working, and they were all enthusiastic and enjoying themselves while efficiently managing the line, which moved quickly.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was friendly and attentive, even though they were busy and a bit short-staffed. The team worked quickly and efficiently together. The atmosphere was fantastic, making the dining experience even better. I made a special trip just to enjoy my favorite burrito, and it was definitely worth it!

Service was nice, but very hastened and not welcoming (not rude, but also not inviting). I got a bowl and it was very sloppy, sauces on the side of the bowl and driped under the lid. eating was a little under the season. definitely not what I would expect from a Mexican restaurant. as this is a chain, I can only imagine that it is chain-wide.
