Weston's Kewpee Sandwich Shop - Lansing

Customer service was ideal from order to pick up. They were very busy during lunchtime, but the order ahead helped go faster. Formed is a medium size (from my ignorance of the right name) olive burgers. They are famous for the olive burgers. It tasted better when it looked after the ventilation in the city centre in a to-go bag. Anyway, try everything else again.

I drove an hour to visit this restaurant because I’m a huge fan of Kewpie dolls, and it was definitely worth the trip! The Miami Burger is incredible—it's so delicious that I feel like I might die after eating it, but the calories are absolutely worth it! Even though I’m not a fan of olives, the olive sauce here is amazing! The service is exceptional; everyone was friendly and wonderful, making the experience even more enjoyable. I love everything about this place!

“Look, Mom! There are children.” My youngest one was impressed that children (I guess ten years) clean our plates. Everyone was so friendly during our visit. There was something familiar about the creamy, salty sauce, which has fancy between two rolls with a thick beef pile. At first I wasn't a fan, but after a few bites I got used to the saltiness of the olives that was intense first. My daughter had the club sandwich. She ate it so fast I got no chance to try it. She said we should stop at Kewpee when we go to Muskegon. She loved it. They are a sister-restaurant to Halo Burger in the Flint region and the inspiration for Wendys Burger.

The food is amazing, although I found it a bit pricey. We paid $35 for two colossal burgers, two drinks, one order of regular fries, and one order of chili cheese fries. I gave it four stars because for $7, the chili cheese fries come with a small portion of fries underneath the chili and cheese. Aside from that, the olive burger is superb!

I crave this stuff it's a little one of the oldest family owned restaurants, probably some of the best burgers I have ever had. If you never had a really good homemade burger put Kewpees on your bucket list. Good friendly people great food.
