Les Fontaines - Lanton

We came accross this restaurant while walking on a nearby beach. we thought at first it would be too expensive to eat there as ot looked really nice but were pleasently surpised. The service is very good with very friendly and informative staff. the view is just breathtaking (we ate whilst the sunset happened) the kids menu as at €11 for a steak hache and homemade chips as well as an icecream. my husband had a veyr nice bruger and I had the Gambs whch were really good (came with some rice and ratatouille) overall a very nice place to eat

Having recently come back from Portugal, i found myself back in France again ! and where else to go to my Les Fontaines! A short walk down the beach and you arrive at this beautiful place with such a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are amazing, and put you at ease, there is never a hurry or a rush for your table, you can stay and eat and drink at your leisure , would recommend

Come here at sunset for the best view of the Bassin! This reopened in april 2014 so the decor is typically modern french -grey everywhere and fuchsia pink with a couple of large penguins ?? on the terrace... There is an inside, outside and a covered terrace and a bar. In july and august it must be packed. The menu covers all the expected brasserie staples. We both had good scallops gambas but on a bland, tepid risotto. Service was good -attentive and efficient, all with a big smile. Make sure you arrive in time to watch the sunsetting with a glass to hand -Magic!

Au détour d'une ballade à vélo avec ma famille nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce bar restaurant pour la vue et surtout pour ce désaltérer par cette belle journée de soleil ! Mal nous en a pris !!! Peut être étions nous habillés trop décontracté en short et tong pour cette "établissement " m'a tu vu !! Parce qu'au bout de 25 minutes passé au soleil personne n'a pris n'autre commande préférant privilégié d'autres clients arrivés bien après nous ; dont une table situé juste derrière nous ! Précisons que nous étions juste devant le bar au vue de quelques 4 serveurs qui passaient régulièrement devant nous !!! Bref une honte !! Nous sommes donc partis sans avoir consommé quoi que ce soit !!
