Restaurant Galland - Lapalisse

We spent a night at Galland and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room: it's good to have space! The atmosphere of the place is calming, we both felt it and appreciated it. Little personal extra: I am vegetarian and the chef very kindly agreed to prepare a veggie meal for me. He even took care to tell me that the dessert I had chosen contained gelatin (therefore of animal origin) and offered me another: I was very sensitive to these attentions and the respect for my “singularity”. De passage pour une nuit dans la région de Lapalisse, cet établissement nous a été indiqué pour le diner par la chambre d'hôtes où nous séjournions. Repas de qualité, bien présenté et sans fioriture. Personnel aimable mais qui devrait être plus sobre dans la présentation des plats. Salle de restaurant à la décoration moderne et propre mais un peu austère malgré quelques tableaux sur les murs. Bon rapport qualité / prix quand on le compare à d'autres établissements de même classement dans le guide Logis 2016.

Il est des salles austere qu il vaut mieux eviter les odeurs et la couleurs des plats sont d un autre age nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce restaurant
