Arby's - Lapaz

Ordered Hawaii fish deluxe it was cold smashed in the bag .Fries were cold no salt. Waited to long to get the fries.

Have went several times, and when I get home find they have forgotten something. It's usually a small curly Fry, and I just take the hit because I don't want to drive all the way back. But last time was the premium nuggets, when I called they said all they could do is get me them next time I'm in, just bring my receipt. Which does me no good as I go maybe twice a month, and needed the nuggets that day but they were closing soon so I couldn't go get them. The sandwiches I did get didn't taste right, and the meat was hard as of not fresh.

Love the food, love the employees, everybody's nice, and just look a little bit outdated and a little bit dirty. In Diner, they try to maintain
