Contribuisci feedbackNot only was the lady rude but she only made my food and ignored my husband. The other worker came out and seen and started making his food. You can't see most of the food it is blocked by a metal cover, the food that you can see was very depleted and old. Our protein bowls were shorted due to lack of food on the line yet charged full price. The elderly lady working needs a more training? She acted as though it was her first day and she was rude and made it seem like she was angry she even had to work. The other worker chopped up the cheese slices into strips for some reason? Will go to the one in Walmart from now on
Not bad. Better value than most sub shops. 2 out of 3 of my mobile orders weren't done on time though.
First of all I was in there for 25 mins. They only had 2 types of bread available, ran out of meats and the ladies working were all over the place. On their personal phones, swearing with children in the room, ignoring customers when on phone) and complaining about how busy they were and about customers. Very not happy about my experience. And I believe the prices have went up, I payed $15 for a 6” drink and chips and the sub was not even what I wanted because they were all out. :
Normally it's a good place to go, however this time I arrived at about 7:15pm and the person behind the counter was more interested in texting on his phone than taking my order. I stood there for about two minutes before he finally looked up and rudely said what do you want. I tried to order one of there chicken/bacon items and he they were out. I then asked for a meat one and they were out. Apparently the fresh sliced service is just talk and finally he said I could get a turkey one. I should have just left! To top it off he then said that they only had white bread or cheese bread. Then in the middle of making the sub he got back on his phone. Finally he asked what cheese I wanted, threw a couple pieces on and asked what else I wanted on it. I asked to have it toasted and after he threw it in the oven he walked away and told someone in the back to finish my order and stood there texting again. Worst service I have ever received. Hate to say it but he was the poster boy for today's work ethic. Not sure what his issues were but if I were his supervisor he would be out of a job!
I had a mobile order last night it was completely wrong it had black olives and onions on it and the mao was very sour I also didn't get my drink or chips I just tried to get a refund but the person on the phone wouldn't listen never again I'm I going
