Contribuisci feedbackI would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could. The owner is exceedingly rude and disrespectful. She fails to listen and instead immediately reacts with anger about what she can't accommodate. A simple request to lightly toast the bread was met with the response, "I'm not taking your order." After being treated so poorly, I certainly don’t want to spend my money here! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant!
I've fallen in love with the tuna salads again, loaded with fresh veggies. The staff has been doing an excellent job preparing them just the way I like. Keep up the fantastic work!
I previously placed a mobile order, but it was made incorrectly. I called to file a complaint, and Ms. Jovanna was polite and apologized. She then offered to replace the incorrect item, which I appreciated. I really value good customer service; everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you respond that reflects your character. While the employees were friendly, unfortunately, the product didn’t meet expectations. Additionally, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my food, which turned out to be a pizza with toppings falling off. At this point, I think I'm done with this location. Only in LaPlace.
Service was a bit slow but very friendly and did a good job making my sandwiches
It?s the worst subway I have ever been. I got 4 slices of toasted beef instead of 6 as in other subways. They are maintaining cheap standard. Please don?t go to eat there.
