Corona Village - Laramie

The dinner menu has a vegetarian section, the lunch menu has the veg options spread through out. Nothing is denoted vegan. Food ranged from good to bland. The bland being the beans which had no seasoning. I can tell care was taken when making the rest of the food though.

What the vegetarian menu lacks in options it makes up for in taste. The veggie chimichnaga was amazing as were the rice and beans. So flavorful! The giant margaritas are also a must have.

Super fresh veggies and food. Vegetarian section of the menu has solid options, just ask for it without dairy if you're vegan. I got the vegetarian chimichangas veganized and it was awesome. Fruity margaritas were yummy too. Portions were nice and large. They kept the chips and salsa coming. Service was quick and kind.

This place was crowded but the service was johnny-on-the-spot and fast. If you're in Laramie on a Sunday (when the Thai restaurant and Sweet Melissa's vegan options are closed) this is a great option for tasty vegan or vegetarian burritos, enchiladas... etc. The veggies are way better than the norm and nothing was frozen... only fresh. The burrito came with vegan whole beans, minced carrots, zucchini, celery, onion, green pepper, fresh mushrooms baby corn, guac and yummy sauce.

Who should have known that in the middle of Wyoming is one of the best Mexican restaurants. This restaurant has everything. Great food, atmosphere and service. The sections are satisfactory. Had the Mexican lasagna soooo good. We must stop that when we visit Laramie!
