Prairie Rose - Laramie

My wife and I visited this restaurant while waiting for our tire to be repaired at Les Schwab down the street. The store manager, Alex, highly recommended it, and I’m so glad he did! This was truly the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. Our waitress was fantastic—super nice and even hailing from Pennsylvania! Overall, it was an amazing experience for both of us. I highly recommend trying the cinnamon rolls! We’ll definitely be returning in the future, that’s for sure!

This little spot is extremely popular. I ordered the pancake combo, and the pancakes were bigger than the plate! Everything was cooked to perfection.

This diner is incredibly cozy, but also quite busy. I was lucky enough to snag a seat right away on a Saturday morning at 8 AM since I was dining alone, but the place was packed. The smothered breakfast burrito was both delicious and filling, and the extra protein options are very affordable, so I recommend going for double or triple if you're feeling hungry. Since I planned to go for a hike afterward, I opted for just a single protein to avoid feeling weighed down. The staff were wonderfully friendly and did a great job navigating the small space while serving a large volume of food. My only complaint was the checkout process at the front. It took nearly as long to settle my bill as it did to receive my burrito. With so many people coming in to get in line, ordering takeout, and trying to pay, I couldn't help but think there must be a better system to ease the burden on the overwhelmed staff.

Good food. Worth going back. Only thing we didn’t like was the one dish we got that deep fried tasted like fish. We didn’t order fish. Otherwise everything was great.

Old school place with the breakfast counter. Place was rocking but I got in. Breakfast. Burrito with green chili is really good. Service was excellent. Kind of place you look for
