Ice - Larbert

Lovely tasting ice cream but was all melting. Freezer in the shop not cold enough to keep the product as it should be!

Ice cream is amazing and great choice, 2nd time here but tonight the service was good from the young guy serving us but the noise from the back of this shop was ridiculous... screaming and shouting, very off putting. This went on for some time, no apology or any intention of stopping. Really unprofessional and off putting when you are trying to get served but cannot be heard for the noise, YES it was that bad.

Just got a toffee and fudge sundae with cookie dough ice cream for my son and this was in it... what looks like a bit of rolled up blue roll?!

Amazing come every week but never had my coconut ice cream this week gutted
