Espresso Cafeto - LARCHMONT

The coffee we tried our first time was quite good. Based on this, we went back the following day and the coffee was horrible. Very disappointing as a good coffee place is hard to find.

Called in with some questions and Jessica was so helpful over the phone! Very polite and upbeat. That is always a good sign!

Good quality coffee beans and delicious espresso drinks. I love that they have to go cups but use ceramic for to stay orders. Super friendly staff. Assorted pastries and hot foods available. Parking.

Always wanted to try this place. I ordered a capuchino which was nice but the girl who was making it had a smurg on her face the whole time and wanted to laugh at what, I don't know. She hands me the capuchino just staring and no Thank you. I quess they need a tip to say Thank you, like they need one to just hand it over to you, which she got anyways. Weird customer service, for my liking. I get better customer service at dd down the road which I have being going there for 20 years and I will continue to do so. Hospitality business is 70% service satisfaction. That's what happens when you hire anyone That's looking for a job.Some passion in people loving what they do doesn't hurt.
